Your key responsibilities
  • Ensure stable and compliant product governance framework for PB Managed Solutions and Capital Markets
  • Work with Client Facing Staff to develop the product and platform offering in line with strategic priorities
  • Lead timely implementation of new regulations (for example Consumer Duty) to maintain compliance
  • Oversee new product approvals and regular product review processes, including hosting calls, tool management, and conditions tracking for product governance
  • Manage gatekeeper marketing material process to ensure adherence to governance standards
  • Represent PB Investment Solutions COO in panels and forums, strengthening regulatory alignment and strategic engagement
Your skills and experience
  • Experience in COO, product governance, or related roles within financial services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (for example, Consumer Duty) and product governance
  • Alternative Funds and Capital Markets product experience
  • Ability to lead governance processes (New Product Approval, Structured Product Review) and manage compliance tools
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail and risk management
  • Project Management experience
