Business Manager – Permanent Recruitment Division

We are looking for a Business Manager to join our Permanent Recruitment Team based in our London office. As a Business Manager, you are the vital link between clients and candidates, acting as a mentor to team members within the business to support and develop them to become ambassadors of HCRG and a driving force of organisational strategy. The post holder will be responsible for business development, growth of the division along with day-to-day management of the division and team. The individual will be results orientated used to working to high expectation and will have consistently exceeded billing target and be used to working in and creating a high-performance sales culture and exceeding KPI both as an individual and as part of a team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for a personal billing quota and client accounts
  • Responsible for month on month growth of team GP
  • Delivering both GP and EBITDA budget
  • Business Development of NHS and private clients
    • Lead generation
    • Client meetings
    • Sales presentation
    • Full end to end BD sales cycle
  • Account management of Key accounts
  • Client retention and client regeneration
  • Management of P&L and weekly forecasting
  • KPI management of team members both in the UK and oversees
  • Providing weekly activity reports and monthly operational data
  • Monitoring sales and client pipeline
  • Team management including coaching on desk level business development
  • Setting and managing team targets
  • Attending and inputting to monthly SMT and business development meetings
  • Training and development of team in all aspects of the role
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • 4 years’ experience as a senior RC or team leader, exceeding billing targets
  • Proven sales background and track record within Permanent Healthcare recruitment (minimum 2 years)
  • Proven team management background
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare Recruitment Sector in Framework settings
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets (Goal-Orientated)
  • Proven background of delivering NFI and EBITDA targets
  • Proven background of training a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ambitious with a tenacity to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
