Veolia Group is seeking a Business Manager for Commercial Waste in Portsmouth with responsibility for depot operations, finances, and growth. You will lead a team to deliver safe, efficient services within budget, while driving customer-focused improvements and compliance with regulations.

The role requires experience in waste management, strong budgeting skills, and transport/fleet oversight. A company car or allowance, private medical cover and pension are included, with ongoing development

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial waste management or related sector.
• Strong financial and budget management experience.
• Fleet management experience and transport compliance knowledge.
• Solid understanding of waste regulations and environmental sustainability.
