Job Description:

Business Development Representative Cambridge / WFH to £50k + uncapped commission

Are you a tech-savvy Sales Executive? You could be progressing your career at a successful scale-up software house.

As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on selling SDK software licenses for cutting-edge automotive, emergency, and rescue technology products.

You will target various vertical markets, including mobile operators, handset vendors, Automotive OEMs, and equipment suppliers. Your role involves collaborating with the management team to shape business strategies, establishing strong relationships with key partners, preparing value propositions and customer proposals, developing business models, negotiating terms, and closing deals. There is significant scope for innovation and new product ideas.

Location / WFH:

Hybrid model with two days in Cambridge office; opportunities for worldwide travel to trade shows and client site visits in the UK.

About you:
  • Experience selling technology products to global clients
  • Tech-savvy, with ability to understand products and client needs
  • Strong communication skills for consultative relationships
  • Understanding of software licensing agreements (SLA)
  • Degree in a STEM discipline
  • Second language skills are a plus for global sales
