Job summary

LUMA1 is seeking a Business Development Representative in Bracknell to drive initial outreach, identify the right contacts, and book qualified meetings. You’ll rely on a built target list and use phone, LinkedIn, and email to reach UK Tier-1 contractors and manufacturers.

You’ll work with our leadership team, including the CEO and UK MD, learning how to turn suspects into prospects, handle objections, and build relationships that lead to deals.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; drive matters.
• Able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Willing to develop a career in sales and progress to account ownership.

Responsibilities

• Find the right people, contact them, start conversations and book meetings.
• Prospect using phone, LinkedIn and email with a built target list.
• Attend initial meetings and learn how to turn suspects into prospects and opportunities.
• Move from prospecting to account executive with own accounts within 18–24 months.
