Get-Recruited (UK) Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to help drive sales growth for an international team. You will identify prospects, qualify leads and build a strong pipeline for the sales team.

You’ll work with the commercial team, conduct outbound research, use CRM and lead-gen tools, and enjoy uncapped bonuses and excellent benefits as you contribute to ongoing international expansion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lead generation or business development.
• Experience identifying, researching and qualifying B2B sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and questioning skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and lead generation platforms.
• A proactive, target-driven approach with the ability to work towards KPIs.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• A motivated, resilient and ambitious attitude with a passion for generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers to generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline for the Sales team.
• Research target markets and conduct outbound prospecting.
