Yell is seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to drive growth across the UK. You will prospect, consult, and close deals in a high-energy digital marketing environment, building lasting client relationships and delivering measurable ROI.

This role offers a competitive base and uncapped earnings, with the chance to progress into senior roles and access to a formal career development program. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
• Tailoring Solutions: engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Client Management: nurture relationships and provide seamless account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth and boost client ROI.
