Job summary

Arc Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a rapidly growing national services business. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, identify opportunities, and manage the customer journey from first contact through to account development.

Training will be provided on products and procedures, with an emphasis on achieving targets and earning uncapped commission. The role offers a clear path for progression within a growing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate new business through outbound telephone calls, email and Microsoft Teams, with occasional site visits.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales enquiries and leads.
• Provide an exceptional level of customer service and ensure all opportunities are followed up consistently.
• Prepare and present professional written quotations to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer spend through additional services.
• Achieve agreed KPIs, sales targets and business development objectives.
• Manage and prioritise your own workload effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the wider sales team, sharing ideas and contributing to future sales strategies.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to support your own development and the success of the wider sales function.
