Business Development Manager - UK and Europe

Location – UK, with flexibility for international travel via airports and motorway networks.

Salary - £60k to £70k basic, plus bonus up to £12k per annum, and benefits including a car.

The Opportunity

This role offers a wide-ranging opportunity working for a group of 10 global manufacturers with operations across America, Asia, and Europe. The business produces test and measurement equipment and services, serving sectors such as Transport, Renewable Energy, Construction, and Healthcare, sold through distribution partners worldwide.

The Role

The focus is on developing and executing sales strategies for the UK and European markets through distribution partners. Responsibilities include market and gap analysis, trend assessment, product and pricing feedback to management, and shaping sales strategies at the country level. Collaboration with local sales teams across Europe to optimize potential is essential.

The Applicant

Applicants should have a technical understanding of electrical products or solutions or possess a technical background. Strategic thinking, long-term planning, and experience in business development and growth strategies in emerging markets are crucial.
