Business Development Manager - UK and Europe

Location – UK, with flexibility for international travel via airports and motorway networks.

Salary - £60k to £70k basic, plus bonus up to £12k per annum, along with a company car and benefits.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting role within a group of 10 global manufacturers operating in America, Asia, and Europe. The company produces test and measurement equipment and related services, serving sectors such as Transport, Renewable Energy, Construction, and Healthcare. These solutions are sold through distribution partners across these regions.

The Role

You will develop and execute market strategies in the UK and Europe for sales through distribution channels, analyzing market trends, product offerings, and pricing strategies. You will nurture existing partnerships and identify new market opportunities, working closely with local sales teams to optimize potential at both domestic and international levels.

The Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of electrically biased products or solutions, or at least a strong technical persuasion. You should be a strategic thinker with experience in business development and growth strategies in emerging markets. A background in export or international sales, along with flexibility for extensive travel, is essential. Experience working within a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across countries is advantageous.
