Business Development Manager - UK and Europe

Location – UK, with flexibility for international travel via airports and motorway networks.

Salary - £60k to £70k basic, plus bonus up to £12k per annum, car, and benefits.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity working with a group of 10 global manufacturers across America, Asia, and Europe. The company produces test and measurement equipment and services for sectors like Transport, Renewable Energy, Construction, and Healthcare, sold through distribution partners.

The Role

The role involves developing market strategies for sales via distribution partners in the UK and across Europe. It includes nurturing existing relationships, conducting market and gap analysis, assessing trends, and providing feedback to product and sales teams. You will shape sales strategies at the country level and collaborate with local sales teams across Europe to maximize potential.

The Applicant

You should have a technical understanding of electrically biased products or solutions or be technically inclined. You must be a strategic thinker with experience in business development and growth strategies in emerging markets. A background in export or international sales, with flexibility for extensive travel, is essential. Experience working within a matrix organization with multiple decision-makers across countries is advantageous.
