This role is based in the UK with flexibility for international travel via airports and motorway networks.

Salary: £60k to £70k basic, with bonuses up to £12k per annum, plus car and benefits.

The Opportunity

Join a group of 10 global manufacturers working across America, Asia, and Europe. The company produces test and measurement equipment for sectors such as Transport, Renewable Energy, Construction, and Healthcare, sold through distribution partners worldwide.

The Role

Develop UK market strategies for sales through distribution partners, focusing on various business segments, and expand into European markets. Your responsibilities include nurturing existing relationships, conducting market and gap analysis, assessing trends, and providing feedback to product and sales teams. You will help shape sales strategies at the country level and collaborate with local sales teams across Europe to maximize potential.

The Applicant

Ideal candidates will have a technical understanding of electrically biased products or solutions or be technically inclined. You should be a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development and growth strategies in emerging markets. Experience in export or international sales and flexibility for extensive travel are essential. Familiarity with working in a matrix organization with multiple decision-makers across different countries is advantageous.
