Job summary

Berry Recruitment Group in Bolton is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate a targeted number of leads and new customers weekly, building a strong pipeline and engaging with key decision makers. The role suits candidates from telecoms/VOIP/IT with at least 2 years in sales, and a solid B2B understanding.

Salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 plus uncapped OTE, with potential monthly earnings after a few months. Hours are 9:00–17:30 or 8:00–16:30, with up to two days remote work.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the business-to-business market.
• Administration skills; organised and well-prepared.
• Background in telecoms/VOIP/telephony or IT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate a targeted number of leads and new customers weekly to build a sales pipeline.
• Manage customer relationships and contact key decision makers.
• Negotiate with customers and achieve customer satisfaction with after-sales support.
