Business Development Manager (Solar)

Location

Ideally based in the South East of England, near a major airport. This role involves frequent travel across the UK, occasional travel to the Netherlands, and working from home or hired office space.

Salary & Benefits

£65,000 - £80,000 + up to £20,000 Annual Bonus + Company Vehicle + Benefits.

About the Role

1. Develop strong relationships with Investors, Project Developers, and Solar Park Owners.
2. Assist in finding acquisition partnerships for new projects.
3. Work with tender teams on quotations to sell EPC projects.
4. Travel approximately 3 days a week across the UK & Ireland, with occasional travel to Europe.
5. Work remotely or from hired office spaces.

Candidate Profile

1. Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, specifically selling EPC projects.
2. Good understanding of large-scale solar systems, including Batteries, Grid, and PV.
3. Flexible with travel, including monthly trips to mainland Europe.
4. Based near a major airport for ease of travel.
5. Looking to play a key role within an expanding international company.
