My client are a fast-growing, service-driven technology brand specializing in high-end residential solar, battery storage, and smart energy solutions. With over a decade of expertise, we empower homeowners to transition seamlessly to sustainable, intelligent energy systems.

As part of our UK expansion, we are seeking a:

Residential Solar & Storage Senior Business Development Manager (UK)

  • Location: Remote (UK-based, with travel to key regions)
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the UK sales strategy, targeting affluent homeowners, property developers, and eco-conscious communities.
  • Close high-value deals for integrated solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and smart energy management systems.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with authorized installers and distributors to expand market reach.
  • Educate customers by translating technical details (kW/kWh, ROI, tariffs) into clear benefits.
  • Oversee project delivery and ensure exceptional post-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, preferably in residential solar, energy storage, or luxury home technology.
  • Proven track record in selling premium solutions (£20k+) to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong technical understanding of solar and storage systems, with the ability to explain them effectively.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience working with installers, architects, and property firms.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to grow a new market for a premium brand.
