Job summary

OPR Resourcing Specialists is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Wales to drive growth in the heating and plumbing sector. You will manage existing accounts and develop new business with merchants, installers, local authorities, and housing associations across Wales.

In this role you will oversee sales of boilers, heat pumps, and hot water solutions, building strong relationships with installers and merchants while delivering sustainable sales growth. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales roles within the plumbing/heating sector.
• Background in plumbing, heating, HVAC, renewables or building products.
• Knowledge of domestic boilers, heat pumps or heating systems.
• Experience selling through merchant and installer networks.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with plumbing merchants, installers, contractors and key industry contacts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across your region.
• Promote a range of domestic heating solutions and provide product advice.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into long-term partnerships.
• Deliver regular customer visits and maintain a strong regional presence.
