Job Description:

Overview: The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and driving new business within the National Bulk Liquid offering of the Specialist Services division. The role involves exploring market potential, managing customer relationships, and maximizing the utilization of our national road tanker fleet to collect and transport waste liquids.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the bulk liquids product line.
  2. Sell profitable new business to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and provide forecasts of expected volumes and revenues.
  4. Generate activity and pipeline reports for stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with the General Manager of tankers to align growth strategies.
  6. Manage data within the CRM platform for marketing campaigns.
  7. Coordinate with other commercial teams to share best practices.
  8. Develop and implement new business services based on sector knowledge.
  9. Maintain general knowledge of the waste sector and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
