The role centers on identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships to secure high-value capital projects.

This position requires a commercial mindset with a strong background in business development, strategic sales, and key account management within automation.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in automated intralogistics.
• Proven track record securing large capital projects or complex solution sales.
• Experience in automated intralogistics, warehouse automation, or industrial automation.
• Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.

Aufgaben

• Drive global business development activities within the automated intralogistics market.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify, develop, and win high-value capital projects and solution-based opportunities.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract award.
• Develop existing accounts while seeking new customers and opportunities.
• Present tailored proposals and align with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and project delivery teams to deliver automation solutions.
