Business Development Manager - Digital/Tech

Position Overview

Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

Salary: Up to £55k + £40k OTE

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert new business opportunities, focusing on high-value clients
  • Develop account plans to drive growth through upsell and cross-sell
  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Report on pipeline activity and account performance to senior leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven track record in business development within Tech or SaaS
  • Experience managing high-value, strategic client accounts
  • Skilled in solution-based sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive-level clients
  • Data-driven and strategic in approach
