Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager for Building Envelope Solutions covering the North region. The role focuses on promoting high quality envelope solutions to designers, consultants, and housing providers, with 80% new business and 20% account management.

Site surveys may be required, and remuneration ranges from £50,000 to £70,000 DOE with a forthcoming bonus; car allowance included in basic salary.

Qualifications

• Must have business development experience in the building envelope, facades, cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling sectors.
• Must have sold to designers, consultants, main contractors and housing providers.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Must be able to hit the ground running.
• IT literate.
