Overview

7am Stores Limited T/A, trading as Aiden's Budgens, was incorporated in 2021 by our current director. It is a community-focused convenience store located at 5-7 Camp Road, Farnborough, GU14 6EN. Open early to serve its local area, the store operates from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday through Saturday (Sunday from 8:00 AM).


What We Do Well

Convenience & variety: Customers can find essentials under one roof — fresh fruit & vegetables, fresh meat & poultry; frozen foods; newspapers & magazines; freshly baked items; “Food to Go” options. It’s designed for everyday needs and spontaneous purchases.


Extended hours: The early opening and late closing times (7AM start) offer flexibility and opportunity for high foot traffic.


Local community presence: As a neighbourhood store, Budgens – 7AM is well placed to build strong relationships with local customers, offer personal service, and respond to local demand.

The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of the business who can work with the directors.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Develop and deliver strategies to grow sales, increase footfall, and boost profitability.

  2. Build strong community and customer relationships to drive loyalty.

  3. Source new partnerships with local suppliers and explore promotional opportunities.

  4. Lead marketing and in-store promotions to enhance visibility and customer engagement.

  5. Oversee sales performance, budgets, and business reporting.

  6. Identify new services or innovations to expand the store’s offering.

  7. Support and motivate the store team to achieve business development goals.

Hours
