The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in SaaS sales or B2B business development, preferably in the construction industry. Location: Yorkshire (50% Travel)
Salary: £45,000 + Monthly Commission + £5000 Car Allowance

They are seeking an ambitious and results‑driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their growing team.
This is a key role responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for our clients annual subscription service. You will proactively engage potential clients, manage your sales pipeline through HubSpot CRM, and deliver an exceptional experience from first contact through to long‑term account management.
You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure that every client receives the highest standard of service that our client is known for.
