BDM Manager, 6-month initial fixed-term contract convertible to permanent, 100% remote.

Attractive opportunity for a well-rounded Business Development Manager to join a specialist cybersecurity and AI governance consultancy growing fast based in Warwickshire. They help large organizations and scale ups build trust, security and resilience across their digital estate.

Their services include:
  • AI Governance as a Service (AIGaaS)
  • Virtual Data Protection Officer (vDPO) support
  • ISO / TISAX compliance
  • Digital resilience strategy

Do you want to work with companies on their disruptive projects? If you accept, your mission will be to accelerate growth and assist TMW resilience to break further into the large and SME market space.

Main tasks
  • Lead proactive outreach (LinkedIn, email, networking events, referrals) to generate high-quality conversations.
  • Keep prospects and contact data up to date alongside pipeline progression to ensure effective tracking of opportunities.
  • Convert inbound and referral leads into signed revenue.
  • Shape go-to-market messaging and refine our service offers with leadership input.
  • Feed market and competitive intelligence back into proposition development.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven business development or consultative sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, compliance or professional services.
  • Confident relationship builder with senior decision makers.
  • Self-starter, proactive and comfortable in a start-up.
  • Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Organised, disciplined pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, GDPR / data protection, cyber risk frameworks.
  • Knowledge of compliance certification e.g., TISAX, ISO 27001, and ISO42001.
  • Experience selling professional services into regulated industries.
