Job summary

SER Limited is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for HVAC rental solutions covering South West England and South Wales. The role offers £50,000-£58,000 base plus uncapped bonus, with a company car or car allowance and a strong benefits package including pension, private healthcare and life assurance.

You will develop new business, build long-term relationships, and drive the sales process from visits and surveys to quotations and closure, while maintaining a robust CRM pipeline and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in external sales or business development.
• Rental/hire industry experience would be highly advantageous.
• Strong technical sales background within HVAC, building services, mechanical engineering or industrial equipment.
• A genuine hunter mentality with a proven track record of winning new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing your own territory.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across manufacturing, food & beverage, warehousing, logistics, industrial and HVAC contractor markets.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate and qualify your own sales opportunities.

We're recruiting on behalf of a global leader in temporary temperature control solutions. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an ambitious Business Development Manager to develop new business and grow market share across South West England and South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building long-term customer relationships and selling technical, solution-led services.
