BMS Performance Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the Northwest sales territory across NHS and private hospitals within the surgical and theatre environment. You will build relationships with surgeons, theatre managers, nurses and procurement teams, selling a specialist portfolio across gynae, colorectal, sutures and haemostats.

This is a growth-phase, new-business role focused on winning and developing accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in medical device, healthcare or clinical sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

THE ROLE:

Take ownership of the Northwest territory, driving sales across NHS and private hospitals within the surgical and theatre environment.

You'll build relationships with surgeons, theatre managers, nurses, procurement teams and other key stakeholders, selling a specialist portfolio across gynae, colorectal, sutures and haemostats.

The business is entering an exciting period of growth, with a recent acquisition, new distribution partnership and a brand-new product across the women's health and colorectal surgical markets.

This is a new business focused role so candidates must be comfortable driving business developing and winning / converting accounts

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in medical device, healthcare or clinical sales


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Commercially driven with the ability to win and develop accounts


• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

• 20% OTE - Uncapped & achievable commission
