Business Development Manager

Core3 is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Bristol. You will be part of a purpose-driven scale-up that values its people and is proudly B Corp certified.

How you'll make an impact

Our community of finance leaders in the South-West is central to our operations. We need a natural connector who thrives on engaging conversations and identifies opportunities in every interaction. Your goal is to open doors, build relationships, and make Core3 the first call CFOs make when they seek insights or talent. You will collaborate closely with a Talent Delivery Consultant to fulfill the roles you secure.

What you will be doing

  • Develop your personal brand on LinkedIn and leverage our content strategy to become a recognized figure in the market.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts through meticulous CRM planning and AI-driven intelligence, then craft personalized outreach strategies.
  • Engage regularly with prospective clients to communicate our USPs and build trust in our services.
  • Establish genuine relationships with finance leaders through various activities such as meetings, events, and informal gatherings.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Expand our Inner Circle community by hosting events and roundtables that provide valuable insights and networking opportunities.
  • Identify and invite podcast guests, speakers, and rising stars to enhance our market presence.
  • Utilize our content tools, including salary guides and market reports, to provide leaders with a competitive edge.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact to signed agreements, ensuring seamless handover to Talent Delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in Vincere CRM and analyze data for continuous improvement.
  • Promote Core3's B Corp ethos, demonstrating that profit, people, and planet can thrive together.
