Business Development Manager

Salary: Up to 35k basic + 15k-20k OTE (uncapped commission) + Remote role + Company car

They offer an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team covering the North East region, including Newcastle, Sunderland, Middlesborough, Durham, and Darlington.

They are looking for a proactive individual to identify and create opportunities for the company's growth and expansion. The primary focus of the role is driving profitable new business and enhancing overall business performance.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  2. Identify and target potential clients across sectors such as offices, healthcare, education, and hospitality.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business accounts.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  5. Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to the food and beverage industry.
  6. Provide clients with comprehensive product knowledge and tailored solutions.
  7. Prepare and present proposals showcasing the company's products and services.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings and meet client needs.
