Job summary

The Talent World is seeking ambitious graduates for a Graduate Scheme in Business Development in the UK. The role offers a basic salary of £26k with potential OTE of £10k as you build a growing book of business and engage with warm leads.

You'll learn to generate revenue through proactive outreach, develop relationships, and progress within the business while benefiting from a structured development program and supportive culture.

• Shadow senior colleagues to learn the full sales process and progression path.

Job Title: Graduate Scheme - Business Development

Salary: £26k basic salary/ with £10k OTE

Our client are looking for ambitious graduates to help enhance their presence, to generate revenue by capitalising on warm leads and opening the door to new ones, thereby increasing their book of business with a customer-led approach.

Role

• Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offering in order to best educate prospective customers
• Proactively reach out to prospects over the phone, via email and through social channels in order to schedule meetings, webinars and demonstrations
• Develop relationships through extensive research - identifying key influencers within accounts and building rapport with them
• Support customer success to ensure that clients are happy with the services they've secured with the company
• Shadow senior members of the team in order to get a handle on the entire 360 process - with a view to your progression within the business
