This is an exciting, field-based role where you'll take ownership of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, while also nurturing and growing existing accounts. You'll be the face of our brand-building relationships, providing tailored solutions, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound activity and networking

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required

What we're looking for

  • Experienced in field sales or business development

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ambitious with a hunter mentality and ability to work autonomously

  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset

  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the region

  • Experience in construction recruitment is advantageous but not essential
