A leading sustainability business is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth and build client relationships. This role involves managing the sales cycle and collaborating with internal teams, offering significant opportunities for progression within a hybrid working environment.

The business has been founded by industry leaders to solve a global issue from the comfort of your home. The organisation is rapidly growing with plans for dramatic expansion both geographically and across various sectors. Due to the everyday nature of the product - the possibilities are limitless for where the business can go.
The role of Business Development Executive is a critical role for the business, as you will be responsible for building strong relationships on behalf of the business, forging long-term commercial opportunities. You will work as a trusted advisor and advocate for the business, promoting the organisation at relevant events and trade shows.
The right person for this role will be an experienced Sales/BD professional who is keen to progress and make an impact. There is ample opportunity for progression for the successful candidate, therefore if you are someone who is driven and eager to succeed, this organisation can provide the chance for you to thrive. The right person for this role will have a proven track record of success within another BD/Sales role and ideally come from an environmental/FMCG sales background.
The package for this role contains an attractive salary (£40,000 - £50,000 DOE) with uncapped earning potential in terms of commission. The business is based in Belfast, however all locations would be considered, as the role is largely hybrid!
