We are a technology start-up that provides a Customer Acquisition Platform (CAP) that makes finding new customers simple, easy and scalable for service-based SMEs. Via one seamless platform, we connect SMEs to a network of two-sided online marketplaces that match high-intent consumers to their business, in order to accelerate their growth.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a mission-oriented sales account executive to join us at an exciting stage of our journey. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a passion for technology, and a proven record of achieving sales targets.

The role focuses on three core areas:

  1. Sales prospecting - including cold outreach and managing warm inbound inquiries.
  2. Managing relationships with existing customers.
  3. Validating leads that enter our CAP software platform.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities that match our ideal customer profile (ICP) through research, cold outreach via email/phone, and networking.
  2. Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Handling outbound lead validation via telephone.
  5. Tracking and reporting sales metrics and KPIs to management.
  6. Building and maintaining your pipeline using our CRM system.
  7. Collaborating with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns.
  8. Providing feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends.

Key experience required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech.
  3. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
