What's the role about?

Business Development Executive

Position details:

  • Type: Full time, Permanent
  • Salary: £27,000 to £36,000 per annum (OTE) + Company car
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week
  • Territory: Crawley, Brighton, Guildford, Leatherhead, Sutton, and surrounds

This role is an opportunity to bring fresh ideas, initiative, and a commercial mindset to develop the Out of Home (OOH) channel for a top confectionery brand. As a field-based Business Development Executive, you'll be actively seeking new OOH sites, building relationships, and creating long-term value in your territory.

You will be responsible for crafting local activation plans, using data and insights to influence decision-makers, securing product listings, launching new lines, and increasing visibility to drive growth in the confectionery category.

This role rewards proactive action. You should be self-motivated, autonomous, and confident in navigating a fast-paced market, engaging with opportunities wherever they arise—from regional offices to trade events.

  • £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k OTE) + up to 20% bonus + company car

What we're looking for:

  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, resilient and tenacious in OOH sales
  • Experience in sales and acquiring new business
  • Previous experience in OOH / Foodservice channels preferred
  • A full, manual UK or international driving license for at least 1 year
