Typical Day:

  1. Discover New Opportunities: Identify and generate Sales Qualified Leads to drive growth.
  2. Engage & Connect: Use your communication skills over calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build rapport with potential clients.
  3. First Impressions: Manage initial relationships with prospects, ensuring they feel valued and understood, and secure qualified appointments.
  4. Organizational Skills: Maintain and update our CRM (Salesforce), tracking interactions, opportunities, and insights.
  5. Measure Success: Record and analyze your activities and performance metrics.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work with Enterprise and Inside Sales teams to share insights and achieve goals.
  7. C-Level Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, establishing trust and advisory roles.
  8. Innovate: Contribute ideas to improve lead qualification and sales processes.
  9. Exceed Goals: Aim to surpass your monthly qualified leads quota to help meet company targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Background in business development or sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Motivation: Self-driven and proactive in seeking new opportunities.
  • Communication: Excellent at engaging clients and closing deals.
  • Organization: Skilled at managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude and appreciation for shared success.
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable with CRM systems and sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of the UK business landscape is a plus.

This is a part-time role, 18.75 hours/week over 5 days, targeting the UK market. Benefits include 21 days of annual leave (rising to 25), external training allowances, ongoing support, opportunities for advancement, and mental health wellbeing programs.
