As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving sales success through the development of both new and existing business within your defined geographical area. Your consultative approach will enable you to present solutions that deliver value, all while building meaningful relationships with customers, manufacturers, and colleagues. You will be actively involved in the local market, participating in marketing activities, and committing to continuous learning and development to enhance your skills in both technical and non-technical areas.

Hours of Work: Full-time

Business Development Executive Requirements:

* Experience in B2B sales, ideally within the industrial distribution market
* Proven ability to identify and drive sales growth opportunities
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Customer-centric mindset with a knack for problem-solving
* Organised, with the capability to prioritise effectively
