Job description

Business Development Executive required for a leading City Wealth Planning firm. Base salary £30,000 + £20,000 bonus potential, hybrid working 1 day per week in London + excellent benefits.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will work within a Marketing Team to develop opportunities for our sales team, create relationships for our Leadership Team, and ensure that the opportunities you develop are accurately tracked and closed.

Candidate Profile
  • Motivated individual with experience in business development, eager to grow skills and make an impact.
  • Strong relationship skills, organizational ability, and excellent communication via email and phone.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn, client acquisition processes, and relationship building both inside and outside the organization.
  • Proven lead generation skills, ability to find and deliver the right information at the right time.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience supporting events and networking in London and the South East, including presentations and conference stands.
  • Familiarity with Financial Advice/Wealth Management or similar regulated industries, with a quick learner about client profiles.
  • Excellent communication skills, clear and concise in all interactions.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, organized, able to prioritize, and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
Additional Requirements
  • Flexible hours with a hybrid role, including Thursdays in the office.
  • Increased office presence encouraged during initial months.
  • Participation in socials and networking opportunities.
