We have partnered with our retained Proptech client to bring these exciting new Business Development Executive roles to our network. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in estate agency who has progressed into a B2B sales environment, particularly in an 'opening' role.

Our client – Business Development Executive: This dynamic, high-growth Proptech company leverages cutting-edge methodologies to revolutionise residential property valuation in the UK. Their approach combines statistical techniques and machine learning to provide insights into over 20 million properties across England and Wales.

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in the company's growth in 2024 and beyond. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate agency and Proptech/tech/B2B sales, with strong communication skills, product positioning, and sales pipeline development abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects, set appointments, and manage customer onboarding.
  • Conduct cold/warm calling, email campaigns, social media prospecting, and networking.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge through demos and handle objections.
  • Book and complete at least 3 new business video meetings per week.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high service levels.
  • Report to the Sales Director on KPIs, pipeline, and strategy.

Person Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in estate agency (sales or lettings).
  • Experience in Proptech/tech sales or business development roles.
  • Ability to position complex products.
  • Proven ability to generate new business.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £30,000
  • OTE: £60,000+
  • Work Arrangement: Fully remote within the UK
