Job Description:

Business Development Executive (Spain) – remote role located in Spain

Must haves:

  • Commutable to Madrid & Barcelona
  • Fluent in Spanish

Main duties and responsibilities:

  1. Establish, strengthen, and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
  2. Business Development (Tier 2 – 4 Accounts): Convert qualified incoming leads, contact major spending customers, forecast sales, maintain CRM pipeline, and generate demand campaigns.
  3. Event Success Check List Activity: Promote company events through social media, contact VIP customers, check event pipeline, conduct invite calls, and promote escalation tactics as needed.
  4. Delegate Calls/Meetings: Respond to delegate feedback, conduct calls, attend meetings and events, support the Operations Team.
  5. Events: Assist in the execution and promotion of events, tradeshows, and conferences.
  6. Other: Manage targets and KPIs, handle invoicing and debt processes, provide customer service, build the brand within the Cyber Security community, and perform additional tasks as requested.
