Role Overview

This Business Development role is part of the sales and marketing team, focusing on SME deals within the UK. Responsibilities include targeting new organisations, selling SaaS solutions, and engaging with multiple stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare tech or SaaS products.

Team & Culture

You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director and work alongside a remote-friendly team that values honesty, integrity, and mutual support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate sales with new clients in your territory
  2. Manage ongoing client relationships and facilitate handovers to Customer Success
  3. Identify key decision-makers and understand their needs
  4. Create and implement sales plans to achieve targets
  5. Research and develop prospect lists
  6. Own your sales targets
  7. Collaborate with marketing to improve collateral
  8. Develop clients’ understanding of their online services
