Business Development Executive

FM & Energy Services (Remote)

£40,000 - £55,000 base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70,000 - £90,000+)

About the Role

Are you a driven Business Development Executive with experience in Facilities Management (FM), energy services, or sustainable solutions? Join a rapidly growing energy services group involved in sustainable housing, energy brokerage, hard & soft FM, renewables installation, training, and recruitment.

We are looking for high-potential sales talent to drive commercial growth across the UK. You will work remotely, supported by delivery teams, targeting clients in FM, housing, energy, sustainability, and construction sectors.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and convert B2B opportunities across FM and energy sectors.
  2. Build relationships with key decision-makers in sustainability and property.
  3. Cross-sell a wide range of group services including energy efficiency, training, and FM delivery.
  4. Be part of a collaborative and high-performance team.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Proven business development or B2B sales experience.
  2. Knowledge of FM, energy, renewables, or built environment sectors.
  3. Confident communicator with a commercial mindset.
  4. Self-starter who thrives in a remote, target-driven role.
