Full Job Description

Our client is a prominent Singaporean Property Developer who now seek a strong and high profile candidate with experience across the APAC market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and screen acquisition targets through market studies, site inspections, competitor mapping, financial modelling, and strategic due diligence
  • Structure and negotiate purchases, JVs, management and franchise agreements with landowners, funds, private-equity partners, and global hotel operators
  • Present investment papers and recommendations to senior management for approval
  • Monitor operating performance of hotels: P&L, OPEX, CAPEX
  • Publish monthly KPI dashboards and supply-demand / macro-economic intelligence to guide portfolio strategy
  • Conceptualise in-house hospitality brands; manage consultant briefs on design, budget, schedule, and brand-standard rollout
  • Drive asset-enhancement projects with project, marketing, and property teams to maximise IRR and asset value
  • Maintain relationships with operators, valuers, government agencies, financiers, legal advisers, architects, QS and MEP consultants
  • Lead, coach, and develop to uplift team capability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Real Estate, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10-15 years' leadership experience in hotel business development, or operations with a proven track record of closed deals
  • Sound knowledge of APAC and key international hotel markets, valuation methodologies, and regulations
  • Strategic communicator with advanced negotiation, problem-solving and commercial acumen
  • Highly analytical, organised, and self-driven; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix structure
  • Positive, adaptable, and willing to travel regionally as required
  • Must have experience in handling Hotel Management Agreements
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) essential, Chinese a requirement, Bahasa an advantage
