This is a newly created, remote role focused on the UK and Western European markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business and managing accounts within pharma, biotech, and medical device companies across various therapeutic areas including oncology, CNS, renal, and rare diseases.
The role requires a hunter mentality and a proven sales track record in the region, selling comprehensive CRO solutions. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing business strategies, prospecting, managing the sales process, leading proposal development, redefining market niches, collaborating with marketing, and engaging with agents, consultants, and internal teams to maximize sales opportunities. Attendance at conferences and trade shows is also part of the role.
