We are recruiting for a Business Development Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our Business Development Team to achieve ambitious growth targets. You’ll ensure new opportunities are captured, processes run smoothly, and stakeholders stay informed.

This is a full‑time, permanent position with the flexibility to work from home or in the office‑ whichever helps you perform at your best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team.
  • Manage multiple e‑inboxes for new opportunities and enquiries.
  • Record and respond to new business development opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing tenders and bids.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system for new opportunities.
  • Collect and collate market intelligence to support planning.
  • Maintain performance dashboards to track progress against targets.
  • Coordinate contract review and stakeholder meetings.
