My client, a global law firm, is looking for a People Strategy Change Lead to join their HR Business Strategy team within their HR function.

About the Role

This role will be pivotal in managing change initiatives and ensuring effective communication across the organisation. You will have a passion for enhancing employee engagement and organisational culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people side of change, developing and implementing change management strategies to support the People Strategy.
• Assess the impact of change on different groups within the organisation.
• Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging.
• Collaborate with the firm’s communications team to align messaging.
• Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation plans.

This opportunity is offered as an 18-month Fixed Term Contract.
