Senior Salesforce Business Change Manager
Contract - 6 months
We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to oversee all aspects of the Salesforce CRM Programme's change activities. You will need to plan, implement, and ensure the adoption of Salesforce (Public Sector Solutions) and the subsequent scaling of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and plan engagement with all Salesforce stakeholders and users, adopting a collaborative and feedback-driven approach.
Assist with ensuring employee perspectives are reflected in the design of Salesforce-enabled processes and integration.
Apply change management best practices, tools, and techniques to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce and related ways of working. This includes change impact assessments, readiness reviews, feedback sessions, communications, and training needs assessments.
Identify and analyze change and adoption risks and issues, prepare risk mitigation tactics, remediation plans, and track and report issues.
