People Strategy Change Lead – 18month FTC – £70,000 – Bristol – Hybrid - 2-3 day per week onsite.

My client a Global Law firm are looking for a People Strategy Change Lead to join their HR Business Strategy team, sitting within their HR function.

About the Role

This role will be pivotal in managing change initiatives and ensuring effective communication across the organisation. You will have a passion for enhancing employee engagement and organisational culture.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will have experience leading the people side of change, developing, and implementing change management strategies to support the People Strategy.
  • Assessing the impact of change on different groups within the Organisation.
  • Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging.
  • Work with the Firm’s comms team to align communication and messaging.
  • Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation plans.

Required Skills

  • Experience working change projects or programmes with a people focus.
  • Experience in the HR or People Strategy domain.
  • Delivery of change in professional services or in a Partnership model.

This opportunity is offered as an 18month Fixed Term Contract.

The firm have a hybrid working policy of 2-3 days per week on site in the office, and the remainder worked remotely.
