Job summary

A leading IT services provider is seeking a Business Change and Communication Specialist to support their organisational transformation initiatives. This role involves developing change management strategies, creating communication plans, facilitating training sessions, and monitoring change adoption. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business change within large organizations and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. This is a hybrid position located in Thorpe-on-the-Hill, England, providing an excellent opportunity for impactful work.

Business Change and Communication Specialist - £600 per day via Umbrella - 6-month contract - Leeds (Hybrid) - SCC Flex Contract

We're looking for an experienced Business Change and Communication Specialist who is required to support organisational transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems through effective change management and engaging communications.

Your responsibilities as the Business Change and Communication Specialist:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with project objectives.
  • Create and deliver communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support business readiness activities, including impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
  • Produce high-quality content for internal communications (emails, presentations, Intranet updates).
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed change.
  • Monitor and report on change adoption and communication effectiveness.

As a successful Business Change and Communication Specialist, you will have:
