The Social Care and Education Systems Team plays a central role in how Norfolk County Council delivers its statutory responsibilities. We design, develop and optimise a suite of critical systems — including System C and Access Group products (LAS, LCS, EHM, ContrOCC, E‑brokerage and Synergy) — ensuring they remain robust, intuitive and aligned to the evolving needs of Children’s Services, Adult Social Care and Finance.
We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Business Analyst to lead the commissioning, requirements gathering, testing and implementation of enhancements and new functionality across our Children’s Social Care systems and portals.
You’ll bring:
Experience in social care, education, local government or enterprise systems is beneficial, but not essential — what matters is your mindset, capability and enthusiasm.

We support hybrid working but may require in‑person attendance 1‑2 days a week.
