This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You\'ll be part of an established team, contributing to strategic change and operational excellence across the business.

You\'ll bring strong analytical thinking, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in solving complex problems and improving processes. In return, you\'ll gain exposure to a wide range of initiatives and stakeholders, with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact.

If you\'re passionate about delivering change and eager to build your experience in a collaborative and purpose-driven organisation, we\'d love to hear from you.

About the role
  • Analyse and document current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement across systems, teams, and workflows.
  • Evaluate solution options through structured risk, cost, and benefit analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Perform business process modelling and requirements definition for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

  • Identify barriers to change—whether operational, technical, or organisational—and propose practical, people-aware solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business analysis practice by sharing insights, refining approaches, and championing best practices.
About you
  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering impactful change across multiple business areas.
  • A background in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets is highly desirable—but we also welcome BAs with strong experience in other domains.
  • A commercial and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to balance strategic goals and operational realities.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional Scrum teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
  • Comfort and capability in delivering projects that involve both business change and technology change.
