A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business needs and technology teams. The role is mostly remote with occasional meetings in the North-West and involves managing requirements for a cutting-edge HR application. Candidates should have experience in large-scale tech transformations and the ability to communicate effectively between technical and functional teams.
The Business Analyst (BA) will be a critical bridge between the front office (business needs) and the technology development team, managing the detailed, day‑to‑day requirements for the next wave of the Digital Marketplace program. This role involves translating high‑level business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring clear communication and expectation management across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis on large‑scale, tech‑based transformation programs.
This role can be worked mostly remotely with occasional workshops and meetings in the North‑West. So proximity to this location is preferred.
The role is scheduled to extend and is an excellent opportunity to work on a new cutting edge application in the HR sector for a major international organisation.
