Job summary

Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support the Bridge Programme and the Business Design and Change Lead. You will apply qualitative and quantitative analysis, design processes, and ensure governance and GDPR-compliant information flow across projects.

The role emphasizes change management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering on cost/benefit targets within a large-scale transformation.

Qualifications

Experience in project or change management with a focus on business change
Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills to support project delivery
Outstanding presentation and spreadsheet skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Visio preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with ability to multitask against tight timescales

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Business Change Framework and project methodology
Support organisational design activities and drive continuous improvements
Build relationships and communicate effectively to support business change and performance
Analyse data to ensure programmes meet cost and benefit targets
Coordinate with third party contractors ensuring GDPR-compliant information flow
